In the US, Canada, Japan, Israel and a few other countries, Sunday is the first day of the week and it is a view which I prefer. For me Sunday was always a day of celebration, marked by specific events: the morning in the church, the whole family together for lunch and the afternoon to establish. Last Sunday afternoon I and Nico we decided to walk around and show Matilde the valleys close to home …. our valleys. What a pleasure to watch the amazement with which she looks around. The ability of children to cheer and fill their eyes with every little new thing around them, conquered me. Exactly when we cease to amaze us so intensely? For character maybe we have the ability to appreciate many things from great, but the frenzy, leading the children to touch and observe surgical look around, when, when we lose it? Nicola we took several pictures, I think I’ll make a book because I want that she remembers that Sunday … normal Sunday, not marked by celebrations will be celebrations. And when we look this book together I’ll try to explain her her amazement, astonishment that recurred in his eyes every time she looked at something, even the most common, not necessarily precious or noble, it could be a dry leaf or the usual berry, but in front of her eyes became a precious objects, worthy of time.
