Avere giornate di sole così belle durante le feste è davvero un privilegio. Siamo scesi dalla famiglia lontana per festeggiare, ancora una volta, il primo compleanno di Matilde, approfittando delle feste pasquali. E proprio il giorno di Pasqua, prima di pranzo, abbiamo fatto una rilassante passeggiata nella storica Villa. Che meravigliosa atmosfera: tantissime famiglie, le urla e le risate dei bambini, le fontane guizzanti, le bancarelle dei palloncini. Sono tornata indietro nel tempo quando, senza sosta, correvamo e giocavamo con gli amichetti, incuranti delle ginocchia sbucciate e dei vestiti sempre un po’ più sporchi. Matilde è caduta in un sonno profondo, conciliato dalla aria frizzantina e dal comodo passeggino. Sembrava una meringa, come potete vedere, nel suo delizioso vestitino bianco. Spero che anche voi abbiate passato delle belle vacanze,

Sunny days during the holidays are really a privilege. We went to Puglia by the family to celebrate, once again, the first birthday of Matilde, taking advantage of the Easter festivities. Just on Easter day, before lunch, we did a relaxing walk in the historic Villa. What a wonderful atmosphere: great many families, the screams and the laughter of children, the rippling fountains, balloons stalls. it was like stepping back in time when we, non-stop, ran and played with our little friends, careless of scraped knees and clothes that got a little dirty. Matilde has fallen into a deep sleep, reconciled by the bracing air and convenient stroller. It looked like a meringue, as you can see, in his delightful little white dress.
